Thanks for sharing your feedback here. We will take into account the different time zones and support for other language characters as we were not aware of these causing some difficulties.
It is already possible to speak another language when making your AI prompt in Arkio but we don’t show and type non-ASCII characters in our UI yet. But this is something also other non-English users can try out.
Neutral mode is currently possible but a bit hidden. You can deselect tools in Arkio by clicking the active tool icon on your bracelet or by wiggling your hand left and right quickly to disable the active tools on that hand! 
We’re also planning some updates for the navigation using a smooth navigation and a new presentation and view-only mode that makes it easier to automatically to show around people new to VR in and without a meeting.
