If I upload a 3d model or scan to Arkio cloud is it stored fully private so nobody have access to it? Its about customers IP that has to be protected.

That’s a yes, fully encrypted from end to end! 
The only way anyone (including us) can access a cloud group is by sharing an invite code or the url
