Hi… I am currently using revit 2025 and I manage to import revit to arkio. But the 1st attempt to import arkio to revit doesn’t open and the 2nd one didn’t create any file at all. I am currently using educational version. The revit was directly download from autodesk is there any problem with using the two. It seems that arkio is having issues with converting it back to revit.
Any solutions for this

Hi Guen,
We’re not seeing issues with Arkio’s Revit plugin to load files from Arkio back to Revit 2025 but large scenes with lots of imported geometry can sometimes fail to convert. The educational versions of Revit and Arkio are the same as the paid versions so there should be no difference there.
Did you use the Revit plugin to download the exported files via the Arkio cloud first and then import the files locally or did you export your scene from Arkio on PC? And do you get any warnings when importing the file? Can you share the files that are giving you import issues with us at support@arkio.is? We can then look into this and see what might be going on.
