Something I wanted to draw attention to is a common issue that most people encounter with mixed reality, which is incorrect floor height/scale. If you feel like your model is much smaller than it should be or maybe the floor height isn’t aligning to where your standing, then you will want to follow these steps to calibrate your floor height.
- Close Arkio and navigate to your headsets Settings
- Navigate to Physical Space and select Set Floor Level
- Walk through the step by steps to reset your floor height
- Jump back into Arkio and confirm your floor position. A handy way to validate this is by modeling a single cube right next to your foot with passthrough, if the floor is aligned the cube should start right at your foot
